Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
Our Commitment
Marvics Signature is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity, and complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
No Custody or Exchange Services
Marvics Signature is not a broker, does not hold or custody customer funds, does not provide cryptocurrency exchange services, and does not facilitate deposits, withdrawals, buying, selling, or custody of any assets on behalf of users. The platform is limited to subscription-based delivery of market analysis and trading signals. This significantly limits, but does not eliminate, exposure to the type of financial-crime risk associated with custodial or exchange platforms.
Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are processed through third-party, regulated payment providers. Marvics Signature does not directly process, hold, or move client funds outside of these standard subscription payment rails.
Right to Reject Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise suspicious activity, including attempts to misuse the platform for purposes inconsistent with its intended use as an analysis and signals subscription service.
Compliance Commitment
We periodically review our policies and practices to align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.
Reporting Obligations
Where required by applicable law, we will report suspicious activity to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
